Dr. Roderick Logan, DPTh, FAAETS
Trauma-informed, salutogenic coaching, teaching, and speaking for wounded helpers, weary caregivers, recovering individuals, and care-centered leaders seeking safety, clarity, capacity, and calling.
You may be carrying more than your body, mind, or spirit were designed to carry alone. You are not broken. You may be injured, tired, overextended, or trying to find your way after harm.
My work creates safe, trustworthy, transparent space where people can tell the truth without shame, recover agency without coercion, and take the next faithful step toward wholeness.
You may be standing between worlds: between what harmed you and what may heal you, between inherited categories and a more truthful identity, between responsibility and exhaustion, between faith and wounds, between survival and wholeness.
This space is not failure. It is not weakness. It is not the end of the story.
It is a place where safety must be restored, clarity must be named, capacity must be protected, and calling must be recovered. I make space for that work.
I call this third-space work: learning to live truthfully in the in-between without surrendering dignity, agency, or hope.

Trauma-informed, salutogenic coaching for people recovering coherence after adversity, toxic stress, religious harm, grief, identity disruption, or caregiving fatigue.
Together, we work toward safety, clarity, capacity, agency, and the next faithful step.

Support for those recovering from spiritual abuse, high-control religious environments, institutional betrayal, or religious systems that confused authority with safety.
This work does not pressure you toward my conclusions. It protects your agency, autonomy, dignity, and pace.
For wounded helpers, weary caregivers, parents, leaders, and service providers who need a coherent rhythm of care without shame, martyrdom, or self-erasure.

Keynotes, workshops, seminars, and trainings that help audiences understand trauma-informed care, salutogenic resilience, safety, trust, transparency, and sustainable service.
Books and field guides for family resilience, religious trauma recovery, and coherent care.
I have spent my life in many kinds of rooms: radio booths, locked juvenile justice units, classrooms, churches, counseling spaces, foster and adoption systems, trauma-training environments, and private coaching conversations. Each room taught me something about people under pressure and the conditions that either protect or diminish human dignity.
My work is trauma-informed, salutogenic, and Torah-shaped. I help individuals, caregivers, helpers, and care-centered leaders recover coherence after adversity, religious harm, toxic stress, and caregiving fatigue.
I know what it means to live in third space. My origins are Midwestern, evangelical, and classical Pentecostal, but those origins do not define me. I am Jewish, Torah-shaped, Yeshua-aligned, and committed to HaShem without proselytizing, coercion, or spiritual performance.
My work is not to recruit, correct, or control. My work is to make space for safety, clarity, capacity, agency, dignity, and repair.
This work may be for you if you are:
Healing has rhythm. Dissonance is not the end of the song. Silence often carries what has not yet become safe to say. Harmony does not mean every part sounds the same; it means the parts can belong without denying the truth.
In my work, I listen for what has gone unheard, move at the speed of safety, and help people recover a more coherent way to live.
