Individual Trauma and Resiliency Coaching

Trauma can leave you braced for impact long after the event is over. You may function, work, and lead, yet feel internally fragmented, exhausted, or stuck in survival patterns you did not choose.


I offer trauma-informed coaching for people who want practical regulation skills and steady companionship while rebuilding a life with dignity and coherence. I will not rush you toward false arrival.

More Detail On The Frameworks I Use

I use structured frameworks to reduce guesswork and help you track progress without turning your healing into performance.


The PEER Model (Perception, Expression, Emulation, Regulation) helps you:

  • notice what is happening in your body and inner narrative
  • put language to what has been wordless
  • practice new relational and self-relational patterns that are not driven by threat
  • build regulation skills you can apply in real time

The REACH Model (Regulate, Engage, Accept, Connect, Harmony) helps you:

  • turn down body arousal so you can think and choose more clearly
  • re-engage your cortical brain with intentional actions
  • accept yourself without guilt or shame, including the reality of trauma adaptations
  • build connection that is safe, boundaried, and trustworthy
  • move toward harmony that is sustainable, not forced


My orientation is salutogenic, which means I pay close attention to what supports the origins of health. We do not ignore what happened. We simply refuse to define you by injury.
