Guiding those traveling between invasive trauma and integrated wholeness. I know this terrain.
I walk it with you.
You have left what harmed you, but you have not yet arrived at what heals you. You carry losses that others minimize. You see what others miss. You refuse to choose between faith and freedom, between honoring your origins and claiming your dignity.
This liminal space is not a waiting room. It is legitimate territory. I guide those who dwell here.
My coaching integrates trauma recovery, vocational discernment, and salutogenic practice. I work with individuals navigating religious trauma, identity displacement, and leadership without institutional gatekeeping. I see what others have dismissed in your story. I will not rush you toward false arrival.

I see what others have missed or dismissed in your story. Clients tell me I am the first person who named what was done to them without requiring them to minimize or excuse it.

Personalized sessions focused on your specific needs and healing goals. I create space for reflection on experiences that may have caused distress while honoring the wisdom you have gained along the way.
You lead from between worlds. You belong by shared values to multiple communities, yet you are not fully indigenous to any single one. You carry gifts your origin community cannot recognize and credentials your aspirational community does not fully honor.

I help organizations see the gap between stated values and daily practices. I name misalignments that leadership has grown accustomed to ignoring.

I speak from integrated personal narrative, not borrowed frameworks. Audiences tell me I name realities they have lived but could not articulate—and I do so without requiring them to choose sides or adopt my conclusions.
I guide from lived experience, not distant expertise. As the child of itinerant evangelists, I learned the territory of displacement before I had language for it. I witnessed spiritual abuse within toxic religious communities—systems that weaponized scripture to control rather than liberate.
These exposures gave me pattern recognition that no academic training could replicate. I understand the unique grief of leaving communities that claimed to offer belonging but demanded conformity at the cost of dignity.
I have made peace with my formative institutions even as I have outgrown them. I no longer seek permission from gatekeepers. I speak from earned authority—and I guide others across the terrain between institutional dependency and vocational ownership. Learn more
