What You Get

  • Monthly touchpoints: brief insights, prompts, and practical skills you can apply immediately.
  • Community space: a steady, moderated environment for reflection and connection.
  • Mutual Peer Support: a two-way, lived-experience-informed space where participants both give and receive encouragement, practical insight, and reality-based hope—without fixing, pressuring, or performing.
  • Tools library: scripts, worksheets, and frameworks (clarity, capacity, calling).
  • Live support: Q&A with clear boundaries and expectations.

How Pocket Community Works

  • The rhythm (simple and repeatable): arrive and settle → group norms → opening narrative/theme → quiet reflection → guided sharing (often two rounds) → integration → closing.
  • Third Space Circle format: this is not a lesson, debate, or performance. It is a spacious container for honest reflection and consent-based sharing with others of like experience.
  • Consent-based participation: you can share from any distance, and you can pass at any time. You are never required to tell the full story.
  • How sharing is held: we listen without fixing, we honor pace, and we make room for everyone. If advice or problem-solving is wanted, it is requested explicitly.
  • What you can expect each week: one grounding moment, one posted prompt, and one “next right thing” integration step you can carry into the week (clarity, capacity, calling).
  • Community norms: protect dignity, no interruptions, confidentiality, respectful engagement, and room for different stages of healing.
  • Clear boundaries: Pocket Community is peer support and facilitated space, not therapy and not crisis care. If you need emergency support, we will encourage appropriate clinical or crisis resources.

I am Dr. Roderick Logan, a trauma-informed, salutogenic life coach, trainer, and consultant who helps individuals and organizations rebuild clarity, capacity, and calling after adversity, toxic stress, and traumatic exposure. A Fellow of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (FAAETS), I bring clear frameworks and practical tools that strengthen agency, boundaries, and resilient daily functioning. My work is grounded in safety, trust, and transparency, with a steady emphasis on permission-based exploration, client-led goals, and transparent pacing.
