Pocket Community

A grounded, trauma-informed support space to connect with others in a peer support community, share what is working, and practice next steps—built on safety, trust, and transparency, at a pace that respects your nervous system, while also serving as valuable mental wellness resources.

Your Reality

You are carrying a lot, and it is hard to stay steady on your own. You seek consistent support that is not overwhelming or performative. Engaging with mental wellness resources and connecting with a peer support community can provide the trauma-informed support you need.

What You Get

Monthly touchpoints: brief insights, prompts, and practical skills you can apply immediately as part of your journey with mental wellness resources. Community space: a steady, moderated environment for reflection and connection within our peer support community. Mutual Peer Support: a two-way, lived-experience-informed space where participants both give and receive encouragement, practical insight, and reality-based hope—rooted in trauma-informed support—without fixing, pressuring, or performing. Tools library: scripts, worksheets, and frameworks (clarity, capacity, calling). Live support: Q&A with clear boundaries and expectations.

How Pocket Community Works

The rhythm (simple and repeatable) consists of arriving and settling → establishing group norms → exploring an opening narrative/theme → engaging in quiet reflection → participating in guided sharing (often in two rounds) → integrating insights → and closing the circle. The Third Space Circle format is not intended as a lesson, debate, or performance; rather, it serves as a spacious container for honest reflection and consent-based sharing, fostering a supportive peer support community among individuals with similar experiences. Consent-based participation allows you to share from any distance, and you can pass at any time—you are never required to divulge your full story. Sharing within this space is held by listening without fixing, honoring each individual's pace, and creating room for everyone to contribute. If advice or problem-solving is desired, it is requested explicitly. What you can expect each week includes one grounding moment, one posted prompt, and one “next right thing” integration step that you can carry into the week (clarity, capacity, calling). Community norms emphasize protecting each person's dignity, avoiding interruptions, maintaining confidentiality, respecting engagement, and allowing for different stages of healing. Clear boundaries are established to indicate that Pocket Community is a peer support and facilitated space—not therapy and not crisis care. If you need mental wellness resources or emergency support, we will encourage you to seek appropriate clinical or crisis resources.
