My Commitments to You

Safety (balance and stability): In our life coaching sessions, we move at a pace that supports your nervous system. You can pause, slow down, or shift direction at any time. We will not push for disclosure or intensity in our trauma-informed coaching approach. Trust (no shame, guilt, or punishment): You will be met with respect and non-judgment. Our goal is to restore your self-trust and your ability to act with intention, aiding in resilience building. Transparency (no hidden agendas): You will understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what to expect next. We clearly define boundaries, roles, and limits. Consent and choice: I will always ask for your permission before exploring sensitive areas. You get to decide what we focus on, and you can say 'no' without needing to explain. Clear boundaries: Coaching is structured support and not therapy. If you require clinical treatment or crisis support, we will address that directly and discuss the appropriate next steps. Confidentiality: Your information is treated with the utmost care. Any limits to confidentiality will be explained upfront. What progress looks like: Expect more clarity, increased capacity, and a stronger calling in daily life. You'll experience a steadier body, a clearer next step, and a growing ability to follow through.

What Many Experience

Increased clarity about patterns, triggers, and needs through life coaching. Stronger boundaries and self-advocacy are fostered in trauma-informed coaching environments. Practical routines for regulation and steadiness contribute to resilience building. Restored agency and follow-through enhance personal growth, while reduced shame and increased self-compassion support a journey toward healing.

How Coaching Works

Frequency (client-led): Clients choose the pace that fits their capacity and season, especially in the context of life coaching. We will revisit frequency as needs and resources change, ensuring alignment with resilience building efforts. Session length: Sessions are 60 minutes. Session summary: After each session, a brief written summary will be provided so clients can track insights, decisions, and next steps, with a focus on trauma-informed coaching practices. How progress is recognized: Progress is defined by the client and is typically experienced as incremental forward movement toward the person the client wants to be and toward the life the client wants to live.
